Château Guiraud
Integrated into the Terres de Natures label, Le Cercle Guiraud restaurant is the gourmet restaurant of the Château Guiraud wine estate whose lines can be seen beyond the vineyards. Château Guiraud is a magnificent property of 128 hectares in Sauternes.
1er Grand Cru Classé in 1855, certified Organic in 2011, Château Guiraud has been committed to viticulture concerned with its ecosystem since 1996. A pioneering commitment to biodiversity, an original taste for emancipation, and its preference for Sauvignon Blanc: Château Guiraud claims the great freshness of a contemporary Sauternes with controlled sweetness.
CHÂTEAU DE CALLAC
Just 10 minutes from the gourmet restaurant Le Cercle Guiraud, Le Château hotel and wine estate of Callac, another Terres de Natures label address, combines hospitality and wine tourism in Graves appellation. In Illats, near Bordeaux, Château de Callac produces elegant Graves wines nourished by the sky, the earth and the sun.
With its 7 rooms in a stone house, its wooded park and its tasting room with a bird’s eye view on the cellar, Château de Callac is an ideal oenological stop on the Graves-Sauternes wine route.
